By accessing or using GCO, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the GCO platform or services.
1. Scope and Applicability
This Policy applies to all users of GCO, including:
- Vendors — business owners, shops, restaurants, service providers, staff, and authorised representatives using the GCO vendor app, vendor portal, or marketing services
- Customers — end users who use the GCO customer app, redeem offers, collect rewards, use coupons, or interact with vendor campaigns
- Visitors and other users — persons who access GCO websites, landing pages, promotional pages, support channels, or communication links
This Policy covers data collected through GCO mobile applications, vendor web portal, website, WhatsApp & SMS channels, social media tools, AI content generation tools, payment and Promotional Credit features, and customer support services.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 From Vendors
- Business name, type, category, address, and location
- Owner name, email address, and phone number
- Business registration details, GST number, and KYC/verification documents
- Bank account, UPI, payment, billing, and subscription details
- Business logo, menu, offers, coupons, campaigns, and marketing materials
- Meta Business Account, Facebook Page, Instagram, and WhatsApp Business data when using GCO marketing services
- Vendor dashboard activity, login details, usage activity, and campaign history
2.2 From Customers
- Name, email address, phone number, and profile information
- Location data (where permitted) to show nearby offers and vendors
- Coupon redemption history, offer usage, reward points, and membership status
- Transaction, payment, and support history
- Device information, app usage, and interaction patterns
2.3 Automatically Collected
- IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and operating system
- App session data, login times, page views, crash logs, and interaction logs
- Cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar tracking technologies
2.4 From Third-Party Services
- Razorpay and other payment processors
- Meta, Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp Business services

3. How We Use Your Information
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the GCO platform
- Create and manage Vendor and Customer accounts
- Verify Vendor identity, business details, and KYC documents
- Display business profiles, offers, coupons, and campaigns
- Process subscriptions, payments, refunds, billing, and invoices
- Manage wallet balances, reward points, and Promotional Credits
- Send transactional notifications via SMS, email, WhatsApp, and push notifications
- Show location-based and interest-based offers to Customers
- Provide business analytics, campaign reports, and performance dashboards to Vendors
- Assist Vendors with Meta/WhatsApp Business setup, template submission, and campaigns
- Facilitate direct posting to connected Instagram and Facebook accounts
- Generate AI-based marketing content, captions, hashtags, and promotional material
- Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, misuse, and security incidents
- Comply with applicable laws, legal obligations, and regulatory requirements
4. Vendor Marketing Services — Meta, WhatsApp, Facebook & Instagram
4.1 Meta Business and WhatsApp Business Support
GCO may help Vendors with setting up Meta Business accounts, connecting WhatsApp Business, submitting message templates, creating WhatsApp campaigns, and managing campaign data and analytics. GCO acts as a service provider or implementation partner and does not control Meta's independent policies, approval decisions, or account actions.
4.2 WhatsApp Message Costs
WhatsApp Business message charges and Meta/WhatsApp conversation charges are billed to the Vendor's own Meta Business Account. Unless expressly stated by GCO in writing, such charges are not included in GCO subscription fees, setup fees, or Promotional Credits. Vendors are responsible for maintaining sufficient balance and complying with Meta and WhatsApp policies.
4.3 Vendor Responsibility for Campaigns
Vendors are responsible for ensuring that they have lawful rights to contact customers, customer lists are collected legally, campaigns comply with applicable laws and Meta/WhatsApp policies, and that content is not spam, misleading, or harmful.
4.4 Facebook and Instagram Posting
GCO may provide tools that allow Vendors to generate and directly post promotional content to connected Instagram and Facebook accounts, based on Vendor action and authorisation. Vendors remain responsible for reviewing and approving content before publishing.
5. AI Content Generation
GCO uses AI models to assist Vendors in generating marketing content including captions, hashtags, offer descriptions, campaign text, promotional messages, and social media post ideas.
5.1 Use of AI Models
Input provided by Vendors may be processed by GCO systems and/or third-party AI model providers to generate requested outputs. Vendors should not submit confidential, sensitive, or private information into AI tools unless necessary.
5.2 Accuracy of AI-Generated Content
AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for specific contexts. Vendors must review, verify, edit, and approve all AI-generated content before use. GCO does not guarantee that AI-generated content will be error-free, legally compliant, or suitable for every business.
5.3 AI-Generated Images
Promotional images generated through AI tools are illustrative and may not exactly match the Vendor's actual shop, product, or service. Vendors are responsible for ensuring that AI-generated images do not mislead customers regarding actual products, services, or availability.
6. Promotional Credits
GCO may provide or sell platform-based credits known as "Promotional Credits". These may be used for eligible GCO services including AI tools, marketing tools, campaign services, and content generation features.
Promotional Credits: are not legal currency; cannot be withdrawn to a bank account; are non-refundable unless required by law; may be subject to expiry and usage restrictions; do not cover third-party charges such as Meta/WhatsApp message costs unless expressly stated.
7. Payments, Subscriptions, and Billing
GCO may collect and process payment-related information for Vendor setup fees, monthly service fees, Promotional Credit purchases, add-on services, and marketing services. Payments are processed through authorised payment processors such as Razorpay. GCO does not store full card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, or net banking passwords.
8. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell personal data. We may share personal data only where necessary for the purposes described in this Policy.
- Payment Processors — Razorpay for payment processing, billing, refunds, and fraud prevention
- Cloud and Hosting Providers — AWS, Azure, Firebase for secure hosting, storage, and infrastructure
- Communication Service Providers — WhatsApp Business, AiSensy, Meta, SMS, and email providers for notifications and campaigns
- Meta Platforms — WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and Meta Business tools where Vendors use these services through GCO
- AI Model Providers — For generating content, captions, promotional text, and AI-assisted outputs
- Analytics Tools — For measuring platform performance and improving user experience
- Legal Authorities — Law enforcement, courts, or regulators where required by applicable law
9. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
GCO may use cookies, pixels, SDKs, local storage, and similar technologies to maintain sessions, remember preferences, improve performance, analyse usage, prevent fraud, and measure campaign performance. Users may control cookies through browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect certain platform features.
10. Location Data
GCO may collect and use location data from Customers and Vendors to show nearby offers and vendors, improve search results, support location-based campaigns, and prevent misuse. Users may disable location access from device settings, though some location-based features may not function properly.
11. Customer Data Shared with Vendors
When Customers interact with a Vendor through GCO, certain Customer data may be shared with the relevant Vendor, such as name, contact details, redemption history, reward activity, and membership status. Vendors must use Customer data only for lawful purposes related to GCO services and must not misuse, sell, spam, or unlawfully share Customer data.
12. Vendor Data Displayed to Customers
GCO may display Vendor business information to Customers, including business name, logo, category, address, contact details, offers, coupons, and promotional content. Vendors are responsible for ensuring that all submitted information is accurate, lawful, and up to date.
13. Data Security
GCO uses reasonable technical and organisational security measures including HTTPS transmission, encrypted storage, access control, authentication controls, secure cloud infrastructure, and activity monitoring. No digital platform can be guaranteed completely secure. Users are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential.
14. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy. After account deletion, personal data may be retained for up to 90 days for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance, unless a longer period is required by applicable law.

Users may request account deletion from within the app or by contacting GCO support. Upon account deletion, user profile and associated personal data will be deleted or anonymised; active services may be stopped; wallet balances, reward points, unused benefits, coupons, and Promotional Credits may be forfeited. 17. Communication Preferences
GCO may send users account notifications, transaction alerts, subscription updates, offer notifications, reward updates, security alerts, support messages, and campaign/promotional messages via WhatsApp, SMS, email, push, and in-app notifications. Users may opt out of marketing communications at any time. Service-related and transactional communications may continue where necessary.

GCO services are intended for users aged 18 years and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we discover that a minor's data has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
19. Third-Party Services and Links
GCO integrates with third-party services such as Meta, WhatsApp Business, Facebook, Instagram, Razorpay, Firebase, AWS, Azure, AI model providers, email, SMS, and analytics tools. These services operate under their own privacy policies. GCO is not responsible for independent privacy practices, account restrictions, or approval decisions of third-party platforms.
20. Data Transfers and Storage Location
GCO may store and process data in India or in other countries where our cloud providers, service providers, and technology partners operate. Where required by applicable law, GCO will take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards for cross-border data processing.
21. Data Breach and Security Incident Handling
In case of a suspected or confirmed data breach, GCO may investigate the incident, contain and mitigate harm, notify affected users where required, and notify authorities where required by applicable law. 22. Vendor Obligations
Vendors must ensure that: information provided to GCO is accurate and lawful; they have rights to upload logos, images, offers, and campaign content; they have obtained required consent before sending marketing messages; they comply with applicable laws, Meta, WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram policies and GCO terms; they review AI-generated content before use; they honour published offers, discounts, and commitments to Customers.
23. Accuracy of Offers and Campaigns
Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of prices, discounts, offer terms, availability, validity dates, redemption conditions, images, campaign claims, social media posts, WhatsApp messages, and AI-generated promotional content approved or used by the Vendor. GCO assists with creating and distributing promotional content, but the Vendor remains responsible for final approval and legal compliance.
24. Reviews, Feedback, and Support
When users provide reviews, ratings, feedback, or support messages, GCO may collect and process such information to resolve complaints, improve services, monitor Vendor performance, and prevent fraud. GCO may share relevant complaint details with the concerned Vendor where necessary to resolve the issue.
25. Business Transfers
If GCO is involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or business transfer, user information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to reasonable confidentiality and privacy safeguards.
26. Legal Compliance
This Policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, applicable data protection rules, and other applicable Indian laws. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
27. Changes to This Policy
GCO may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When significant changes are made, GCO may notify users via email, in-app notification, website notice, or vendor dashboard notice. Continued use of GCO after updates means users accept the revised Policy.

- You have authority to provide business, customer, campaign, and third-party account information where applicable
