Account & Data Deletion

Effective and last updated: 18 October 2026

You can ask Go Crazy Offers ("GCO") to delete your account and personal data at any time. This page explains how, for customers and for vendors, and what happens to your data.

1. Customers (Go Crazy Offers app)

How to request deletion

  • In the app: open your Profile and choose the delete-account option, or
  • Email support@gocrazyoffers.com from your registered email, or with your registered mobile number, with the subject "Delete my account".

What is deleted

Your profile, location preferences, reward points, stamp cards, memberships, unused coupons and scratch cards, chats (all messages, photos and videos with every Shop) and notification settings. These cannot be restored, and unused rewards are lost. Reports about chats and their moderation records are kept as described in the Customer Privacy Policy. You can also delete any single message you sent from the chat, at any time.

2. Vendors and shops

How to request deletion

  • In the vendor app: open Settings and choose the delete-account option, or
  • Email support@gocrazyoffers.com from the owner's registered email or with the registered mobile number.

What happens

  • Your shops are deactivated, your public shop pages are taken down and staff access ends.
  • Your offers, coupons, stamp cards, memberships and catalogs are deleted or anonymised, and every chat of your shops (messages, photos, videos, broadcasts and quick replies) is deleted.
  • The activation fee and any remaining credits are forfeited (see the Refund Policy). Any negative wallet balance remains payable.
  • Disconnect Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp Business first if you want GCO to stop accessing them immediately; stored tokens are deleted with the account.

3. What we must keep

Some records must be kept by law even after deletion — payments, invoices, wallet ledger and tax records (up to 8 years), and security logs (up to 180 days). Invoices a shop issued to customers remain part of that shop's tax records. Kept records are used only for those legal purposes.

4. Facebook and Meta data

If you connected Facebook or Instagram to GCO, you can also remove GCO from your Facebook settings (Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites). Meta then notifies GCO through our data-deletion callback and we delete the data received from Meta for your account. You can check the status of that request by contacting us with the confirmation code Meta shows.

5. Timeline

We confirm your request within 2 working days and complete deletion within 7 days of verifying it is you, except for the records in section 3.
