GCO has no monthly plans and no recurring charges. You pay a one-time ₹1,499 + GST activation fee and get 500 free credits. After that, a few credits are used only when a customer redeems a coupon, collects a stamp or points, joins a membership, or when you send a paid message. 1 credit = ₹1.

Pricing FAQ

Is there any monthly or yearly fee?

No. GCO has no recurring charges — no monthly plan, no subscription and no renewal. You pay the activation fee once.

What do I get for the activation fee?

Your shop is activated permanently: your shop page goes live, customers can find and claim your offers, and 500 promotional credits are added to your wallet.

How do I add more credits?

Buy credits online through Razorpay from the GCO marketing dashboard. 1 credit = ₹1.

Can my balance go negative?

Yes, down to your credit limit (usually 500 credits), so a customer is never refused at the counter. Past the limit, chargeable actions pause until you top up.

Can prices change?

GCO may revise per-use prices; this page always shows the current price, and any change applies only to actions after it takes effect.

Is the activation fee refundable?

No. The activation fee, bonus credits and used credits are non-refundable; failed or duplicate payments are refunded. See the refund policy.
