About GCO

What is GCO (Go Crazy Offers)?
GCO is an Indian customer-loyalty and marketing platform for local shops. In one vendor app you get digital coupons, reward points, stamp cards, memberships, a Scan & Earn QR, WhatsApp/SMS/push broadcasts, shop–customer chat, GST billing and a free shop website. Customers use the free Go Crazy Offers app to find offers nearby and collect rewards.
How does GCO turn first-time customers into regulars?
Customers discover your offers in the GCO app or your shop page, come in and redeem, then earn points, stamps or a membership on that visit. Reminders, reward notifications and your broadcasts bring them back — and every visit after that is tracked.
What kinds of businesses use GCO?
Any local business that has repeat customers: salons and spas, cafés and restaurants, pharmacies, kirana stores and supermarkets, clothing stores, gyms, mobile and electronics shops, bakeries, opticians and clinics.
Is GCO available outside Jaipur?
Yes. GCO is built in Jaipur and works for shops anywhere in India; the customer app shows offers from shops near the customer.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. If you can use WhatsApp you can use GCO. Everything runs from the vendor app, and the same login works on the web at billing.gocrazyoffers.com.

Pricing & credits

How much does GCO cost?
GCO has no recurring charges. You pay a one-time ₹1,499 + GST activation fee and get 500 free credits. After that you pay per use in credits (1 credit = ₹1) — for example 1 credit per coupon redeemed, 1 credit per stamp and 10 credits for a new customer GCO brings you.
Is there a monthly fee or subscription?
No. GCO no longer sells monthly plans or subscriptions. There is one activation fee, then you only spend credits when customers use your rewards or you send paid messages.
What is free on GCO?
Creating coupons, vouchers, stamp cards, membership plans and reward settings; chat with customers; automatic update messages to customers; staff accounts; analytics; GST invoices shared from your own phone; and your shop web page.
What are credits?
Credits are GCO's promotional wallet units: 1 credit = ₹1. You get 500 with activation and can buy more online. Each chargeable event — like a coupon redemption or a stamp — deducts credits at the price shown on the pricing page.
What happens if my credits run out?
Your balance can go below zero up to your credit limit (usually 500 credits), so a customer at the counter is never turned away. Past the limit, chargeable actions pause until you top up.
Is the activation fee refundable?
No. The activation fee, bonus credits and used credits are non-refundable. Failed or duplicate payments are refunded to the original payment method. See the refund policy for details.
When is the new-customer fee charged?
Only when a customer redeems a GCO coupon or voucher at your shop for the first time (10 credits, once per customer). Walk-in customers who only collect points, stamps or a membership never trigger it.

Using GCO in your shop

How do I give a customer points or a stamp?
Open Scan in the vendor app and scan the customer's GCO QR — or type their mobile number. GCO recognises the QR and shows their points, stamp card, membership, coupons and scratch cards in one screen.
Does GCO work with WhatsApp?
Yes. Customers get reward updates on WhatsApp when app notifications are off, and you can broadcast offers on WhatsApp to your own customers or GCO users nearby, priced per recipient.
Can my staff use GCO?
Yes. Add staff accounts; they use the same vendor app with their own login, and every action is logged. Money and rating screens stay owner-only.
Can I make GST bills on GCO?
Yes. GCO Billing creates GST tax invoices (or a bill of supply without GST) from the app or billing.gocrazyoffers.com, with automatic numbering per financial year.
Will my shop appear on Google?
Every activated shop gets a free web page on gocrazyoffers.com with business structured data, listed in our sitemap and directory, so search engines can find it.

For customers

Is the Go Crazy Offers app free for customers?
Yes. Customers download the Go Crazy Offers app free on Android and iOS to find offers nearby, claim coupons and collect points, stamps and memberships.
Can I use points at another shop?
Points are used at the shop that gave them, and at partner shops GCO has linked with it. Your soonest-expiring points are used first.
Do my points and stamp cards expire?
Only if the shop sets an expiry. You'll get a notification before points or a stamp card expire.

Privacy & account

Is my data safe with GCO?
GCO stores data on secure cloud servers with encrypted connections, shares customer data with a shop only for that shop's own customers, and never sells personal data. See the privacy policy for full details.
How do I delete my account?
Request deletion in the app or by emailing support@gocrazyoffers.com. See the data deletion page for what is deleted and what the law requires us to keep.
How do I contact GCO support?
Email support@gocrazyoffers.com or call +91 75685 85682, Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 7 PM.
