These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Go Crazy Offers (“GCO”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) platform, mobile application, vendor portal, website, marketing tools, AI tools, WhatsApp Business services, social media posting tools, Promotional Credits, and all related services.
By creating an account, accessing, browsing, registering, subscribing, purchasing, posting, redeeming offers, using marketing tools, connecting social media accounts, using WhatsApp/Meta services, or otherwise using GCO, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use GCO.
1. About GCO
Go Crazy Offers is a vendor-to-customer marketing, offers, rewards, and engagement platform that enables local businesses, shops, restaurants, service providers, and other vendors (“Vendors”) to create and publish offers, discounts, coupons, cashback, reward points, membership cards, stamp cards, promotional cards, marketing campaigns, AI-generated content, social media posts, and customer engagement campaigns.
GCO acts as a technology, marketing, promotion, and engagement platform. GCO does not manufacture, sell, deliver, or provide the actual goods or services offered by Vendors unless expressly stated otherwise.
The actual sale, quality, delivery, service, pricing, availability, fulfilment, warranty, refund, and customer experience related to Vendor products or services remain the responsibility of the respective Vendor.
2. Definitions
For the purpose of these Terms:
Platform means the GCO mobile application, vendor web portal, website, dashboard, admin panel, marketing tools, AI tools, APIs, and related services.
Vendor means any business owner, shop, restaurant, service provider, company, staff member, authorised representative, or seller registered on GCO to create offers, campaigns, rewards, or promotional content.
Customer means an end user who uses GCO to discover, save, redeem, or interact with offers, coupons, rewards, stamp cards, membership cards, Vendors, or campaigns.
Offer means any discount, coupon, cashback, membership benefit, stamp card benefit, reward, promotional card, deal, campaign, or benefit created by a Vendor.
Promotional Credits means in-platform credits provided, purchased, earned, or allocated within GCO for eligible services such as AI content generation, marketing tools, promotional services, campaign services, or other GCO features. Promotional Credits replace any earlier reference to “GCO Coins”.
Campaign means any promotional communication, WhatsApp message, SMS, email, push notification, Instagram post, Facebook post, offer announcement, or other marketing activity created, scheduled, sent, or posted through GCO.
Meta Services means services related to Meta platforms including WhatsApp Business, Facebook, Instagram, Meta Business Account, Meta Business Manager, templates, campaigns, pages, permissions, and connected accounts.
AI Content means content generated, suggested, edited, or assisted by artificial intelligence models, including captions, hashtags, descriptions, images, campaign text, promotional messages, post ideas, and creative suggestions.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable Indian law to use GCO.
By registering or using GCO, you confirm that:
- You are legally competent to enter into these Terms
- All information provided by you is true, accurate, current, and complete
- If you are registering on behalf of a business, you have authority to bind that business
- You will comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and third-party platform policies
GCO may refuse registration, suspend access, or terminate accounts where eligibility requirements are not met.
4. Account Registration and Security
Users may be required to create an account to access certain GCO features.
You agree that:
- You will provide accurate and complete account information
- You will keep your login credentials confidential
- You will not share your account access with unauthorised persons
- You will be responsible for all activities conducted through your account
- You will immediately notify GCO of any unauthorised access, misuse, or security breach
- You will not create fake, duplicate, misleading, or fraudulent accounts
GCO reserves the right to verify accounts, request documents, suspend accounts, reject registration, or restrict access at its discretion.
5. Vendor Terms
5.1 Vendor Registration
Vendors may be required to provide business details, owner details, contact information, GST details, business documents, payment details, location, photographs, logos, social media links, and other verification information.
GCO may approve, reject, suspend, or remove any Vendor account at its discretion.
5.2 Vendor Subscription
Vendors must maintain an active GCO subscription or service plan to access paid Vendor features, publish offers, run campaigns, use marketing tools, or access premium services.
Subscription fees, setup fees, onboarding fees, add-on fees, AI service charges, Promotional Credit charges, campaign charges, and other applicable charges will be displayed on the Platform or communicated separately.
Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as expressly stated in GCO’s Refund Policy or required by applicable law.
5.3 Vendor Responsibility
Vendors are solely responsible for:
- Accuracy of business details
- Accuracy of offers, prices, discounts, terms, validity, and availability
- Quality of goods or services provided to Customers
- Honouring valid coupons, rewards, stamp cards, memberships, and offers
- Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Customer service, complaints, fulfilment, refunds, warranties, and disputes
- Content uploaded, generated, approved, posted, or sent through GCO
- Social media posts, WhatsApp campaigns, SMS campaigns, email campaigns, and other marketing communication
GCO may assist Vendors with technology, content, marketing, automation, campaign setup, and communication tools, but final responsibility remains with the Vendor.
5.4 Offer Accuracy
Vendors must ensure that all offers are clear, accurate, lawful, valid, and not misleading.
An offer must clearly mention applicable conditions such as:
- Discount amount or percentage
- Minimum purchase value
- Expiry date
- Redemption limit
- Applicable products or services
- Exclusions
- Availability
- Branch/location applicability
- Any special terms
GCO is not responsible for incorrect, misleading, expired, unavailable, or dishonoured offers created by Vendors.
5.5 Coupon Honouring
Vendors must honour all valid coupons, rewards, stamp cards, membership benefits, and offers displayed on GCO.
Repeated refusal to honour valid offers may result in:
- Account warning
- Offer removal
- Campaign restriction
- Temporary suspension
- Permanent account termination
- Forfeiture of subscription benefits
- No refund of paid fees
5.6 Prohibited Vendor Offers
Vendors must not create or publish offers involving:
- Illegal goods or services
- Fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive offers
- Fake discounts or false pricing
- Products or services prohibited by law
- Offensive, harmful, defamatory, or abusive content
- Infringement of third-party intellectual property rights
- Adult, obscene, or sexually explicit material
- Gambling, betting, or unlawful lottery schemes
- Weapons, explosives, or restricted goods
- Drugs, narcotics, or controlled substances
- Any content violating GCO policies or third-party platform policies
GCO may remove any offer or campaign without prior notice if it violates these Terms.
6. Customer Terms
Customers may use GCO to browse, save, redeem, and interact with Vendor offers, rewards, coupons, stamp cards, memberships, and campaigns.
Customers agree that:
- Offers are created and fulfilled by Vendors
- GCO is not responsible for Vendor product or service quality
- GCO does not guarantee availability of any Vendor offer
- Redemption is subject to Vendor terms and conditions
- Customers must follow offer instructions and validity conditions
- Misuse, fraud, fake redemptions, or manipulation may result in account suspension
Customer disputes regarding products, services, pricing, quality, delivery, refunds, or offer fulfilment must first be raised with the relevant Vendor. GCO may assist in mediation at its discretion but is not obligated to resolve every Vendor-Customer dispute.
7. Membership Cards and Stamp Cards
Vendors may create membership cards, loyalty programmes, stamp cards, reward programmes, and repeat-visit benefits through GCO.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- Membership and stamp card terms are set by the Vendor
- GCO only facilitates the digital programme
- GCO is not a party to the Vendor-Customer membership contract
- Benefits are non-transferable
- Benefits may expire according to Vendor rules
- Benefits may become unavailable if the Vendor account is suspended, expired, inactive, or terminated
- Vendors are responsible for honouring valid membership and stamp card benefits
GCO is not liable if a Vendor refuses, modifies, discontinues, or fails to honour membership or stamp card benefits.
8. Promotional Credits
The term “Promotional Credits” replaces all earlier references to “GCO Coins”.
Promotional Credits may be used within the GCO platform for eligible services such as:
- AI content generation
- Captions and hashtags
- Promotional image generation
- Campaign services
- Marketing tools
- Vendor promotional features
- Social media content tools
- Other eligible GCO services
Promotional Credits:
- Are not legal currency
- Have no cash value outside GCO
- Cannot be withdrawn, transferred, exchanged, or encashed
- Cannot be sold or assigned to another user
- May be non-refundable
- May be subject to expiry
- May be deducted for eligible paid actions
- May be revoked in case of fraud, misuse, policy violation, chargeback, or technical error
- May not cover third-party charges unless expressly stated
GCO may modify, expire, reverse, suspend, or revoke Promotional Credits where necessary for fraud prevention, compliance, technical correction, or platform policy enforcement.
Upon account deletion, suspension, or termination, unused Promotional Credits may be permanently forfeited unless otherwise required by applicable law.
9. Cashback, Rewards, Wallet Balance, and Benefits
Any cashback, rewards, points, benefits, or wallet balance shown on GCO may be subject to specific terms displayed on the Platform.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- Cashback and rewards are not real money
- Rewards may be issued as Promotional Credits, wallet balance, points, or in-platform benefits
- Rewards cannot be withdrawn or transferred
- Rewards may be used only for eligible GCO or Vendor services
- Rewards may expire
- Rewards may be reversed in case of fraud, cancellation, refund, misuse, or policy violation
- Account deletion may result in forfeiture of rewards and balances
GCO reserves the right to correct errors in wallet balance, rewards, Promotional Credits, or cashback records.
10. Meta, WhatsApp Business, Facebook, and Instagram Services
GCO may provide tools and services related to Meta platforms, including WhatsApp Business, Facebook, Instagram, Meta Business Account, Meta Business Manager, message templates, campaigns, and social media posting.
10.1 GCO as Meta/WhatsApp Service Facilitator
For Vendors using Meta-related services through GCO, GCO may act as the Vendor’s service provider, technology facilitator, onboarding partner, or implementation support provider for Meta/WhatsApp-related setup and campaigns.
GCO may assist Vendors with:
- Meta Business Account setup
- WhatsApp Business Account setup
- Facebook Page connection
- Instagram account connection
- Business verification support
- WhatsApp template creation
- WhatsApp template submission
- WhatsApp template verification support
- Campaign creation
- Campaign scheduling
- Campaign sending
- Message tracking
- Campaign reports
- Marketing guidance
Where a Vendor uses GCO for these services, the Vendor agrees to use GCO as the authorised service facilitator/provider for such GCO-managed Meta, WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
GCO is not Meta, WhatsApp, Facebook, or Instagram. GCO does not control Meta’s approval decisions, pricing, account restrictions, policy enforcement, delivery systems, verification decisions, or platform availability.
10.2 WhatsApp Message Cost and Meta Charges
WhatsApp Business message charges, conversation charges, template message charges, utility message charges, marketing message charges, authentication charges, service conversation charges, and any other applicable Meta/WhatsApp charges shall be deducted from or charged to the Vendor’s own Meta Business Account, WhatsApp Business Account, linked payment method, or applicable Meta billing account.
Unless expressly stated in writing by GCO:
- WhatsApp/Meta message charges are not included in GCO subscription fees
- WhatsApp/Meta message charges are not included in setup fees
- WhatsApp/Meta message charges are not included in Promotional Credits
- Vendors are responsible for maintaining active billing and sufficient balance with Meta
- Vendors are responsible for all charges imposed by Meta or related platforms
GCO shall not be liable for failed campaigns, paused messages, unpaid Meta invoices, billing restrictions, payment failures, account limitations, or insufficient balance in the Vendor’s Meta Business Account.
10.3 WhatsApp Template Approval
GCO may help create, format, submit, and manage WhatsApp message templates. However, approval of templates is controlled by Meta/WhatsApp.
GCO does not guarantee that:
- Any template will be approved
- Any template will remain approved
- Any message will be delivered
- Any account will remain active
- Any campaign will achieve a specific result
- Meta will not reject, pause, disable, or restrict any template, account, or campaign
Vendors are responsible for ensuring that all templates comply with Meta policies, WhatsApp policies, applicable law, and customer consent requirements.
10.4 Campaign Consent and Compliance
Vendors are solely responsible for ensuring that they have lawful consent or legal basis to contact customers through WhatsApp, SMS, email, phone, push notification, or any other channel.
Vendors must not use GCO to send:
- Spam
- Unsolicited messages
- Illegal promotions
- Misleading claims
- Harassing messages
- Abusive content
- Fraudulent messages
- Messages without required consent
- Content violating Meta, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, or GCO policies
GCO may suspend or block campaigns that appear to violate applicable policies or laws.
11. Instagram and Facebook Direct Posting
GCO may provide tools to generate and directly post promotional content to a Vendor’s connected Instagram and Facebook accounts.
By connecting Instagram or Facebook accounts, the Vendor authorises GCO to access, create, schedule, publish, manage, or assist with posts according to the permissions granted by the Vendor.
Vendors are responsible for:
- Reviewing posts before publishing
- Ensuring captions, hashtags, prices, offers, and claims are accurate
- Ensuring images and videos are lawful and non-misleading
- Ensuring content does not infringe third-party rights
- Complying with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, advertising, and consumer protection policies
- Removing or correcting incorrect posts where necessary
GCO does not guarantee reach, engagement, followers, impressions, leads, sales, conversions, or business results from Instagram or Facebook posts.
12. AI Content Generation
GCO may use artificial intelligence models, automation tools, and third-party AI service providers to generate or assist with:
- Captions
- Hashtags
- Social media posts
- WhatsApp campaign text
- Offer descriptions
- Promotional content
- Business descriptions
- Marketing ideas
- Customer engagement suggestions
- Creative concepts
- Promotional images
- Image prompts
- Advertisement copy
12.1 AI Content is Assistance Only
AI-generated content is provided as a tool for convenience and marketing assistance. It should not be treated as legal, financial, professional, or guaranteed marketing advice.
Vendors must review, edit, verify, and approve all AI-generated content before using, posting, publishing, or sending it.
12.2 No Guarantee of Accuracy
GCO does not guarantee that AI-generated content will be:
- Accurate
- Complete
- Original
- Error-free
- Legally compliant
- Non-infringing
- Suitable for every business
- Free from bias
- Free from misleading statements
- Approved by Meta or any third-party platform
Vendors are solely responsible for the final use of AI-generated content.
12.3 Vendor Input to AI Tools
Vendors must not enter confidential, sensitive, illegal, personal, or third-party protected information into AI tools unless they have the right and authority to do so.
GCO may process Vendor input and generated output to provide AI features, improve services, monitor abuse, maintain safety, and comply with applicable laws.
13. AI-Generated Images and Promotional Creatives
GCO may generate, suggest, or provide promotional images, graphics, creatives, or visual concepts using AI models or LLM-based tools.
Vendors understand and agree that:
- AI-generated images are illustrative and promotional in nature
- AI-generated images may not exactly match the Vendor’s actual shop, product, service, packaging, food item, ambience, staff, location, or customer experience
- GCO is not bound to provide exact promotional images unless expressly agreed in writing
- Generated images may contain variations, imperfections, or creative interpretations
- Vendors must review and approve images before use
- Vendors must not use images in a way that misleads Customers
- Vendors are responsible for ensuring that promotional images accurately represent their actual offer, product, or service where required
GCO shall not be liable for claims arising from Vendor use of AI-generated images, including claims of misleading advertising, inaccurate representation, customer expectation mismatch, or third-party rights infringement.
14. Payments, Subscription, Billing, and Taxes
GCO may charge Vendors for:
- Setup fees
- Onboarding fees
- Monthly or annual subscription fees
- Promotional Credits
- AI services
- Marketing services
- Campaign services
- Social media posting tools
- WhatsApp/Meta support services
- Add-on features
- Custom services
All fees are payable in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise.
Payments may be processed through Razorpay or other payment gateways. GCO does not store full card details, CVV, UPI PIN, or net banking passwords.
GCO may issue invoices for applicable payments. Vendors are responsible for providing accurate GST, billing, and business details.
Taxes, government charges, payment gateway charges, third-party platform charges, and other applicable charges may be added where applicable.
15. Auto-Renewal and Cancellation
Vendor subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
By subscribing, Vendors authorise GCO or its payment partners to charge applicable recurring fees according to the selected plan.
Vendors may cancel their subscription at any time. After cancellation:
- Access may continue until the end of the current billing period
- No refund will be provided for the remaining period unless required by law or stated in GCO’s Refund Policy
- Offers, campaigns, memberships, stamp cards, rewards, and premium tools may stop working after subscription expiry
- Vendor visibility may be reduced or removed
- Benefits linked to the subscription may expire
GCO may modify subscription plans, pricing, and features with prior notice where required.
16. Refund Policy
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- Setup fees are non-refundable
- Onboarding fees are non-refundable
- Subscription fees are non-refundable after activation
- Promotional Credits are non-refundable
- Used services, campaigns, AI generations, content generation, and marketing services are non-refundable
- Third-party charges, including Meta/WhatsApp charges, are non-refundable by GCO
- Payment gateway charges and taxes may be non-refundable
Refunds, if approved, will be processed according to GCO’s Refund Policy and applicable payment gateway timelines.
GCO may refuse refunds in cases of policy violation, misuse, fraud, campaign usage, account suspension, or service consumption.
17. Vendor Content and Licence to GCO
Vendors may upload or provide content including logos, images, videos, business details, menus, product information, service details, offers, captions, hashtags, posts, and campaign materials.
By uploading or providing content to GCO, the Vendor grants GCO a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, display, publish, distribute, promote, and process such content for the purpose of operating, marketing, improving, and providing GCO services.
The Vendor represents that:
- It owns or has rights to use the uploaded content
- The content does not infringe third-party rights
- The content is lawful and accurate
- The content is not misleading, defamatory, obscene, harmful, or illegal
- The content complies with applicable advertising and consumer protection laws
GCO may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms.
18. GCO Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the GCO platform, software, design, technology, trademarks, logos, databases, features, workflows, UI/UX, source code, algorithms, documentation, and brand assets belong to GCO or its licensors.
Users must not:
- Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute GCO software
- Use GCO branding without permission
- Create derivative works from the Platform
- Attempt to extract source code
- Use GCO content for competing services
- Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
Using GCO does not grant ownership of any GCO intellectual property.
19. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
- Use GCO for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes
- Create fake accounts or duplicate accounts
- Misrepresent identity, business ownership, or authority
- Manipulate offers, rewards, redemptions, reviews, or ratings
- Scrape, crawl, copy, or extract Platform data
- Circumvent security or access controls
- Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Send spam, phishing, or unsolicited messages
- Violate Meta, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Razorpay, or other third-party policies
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Upload misleading or false promotional content
- Harass, abuse, defame, or threaten others
- Interfere with Platform operation
- Use GCO to build a competing product
- Sell, transfer, or misuse Promotional Credits
- Conduct campaigns without customer consent
GCO may suspend, terminate, restrict, or take legal action against users who violate these rules.
20. Platform Availability
GCO aims to provide reliable services but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or always-available access.
Services may be affected by:
- Maintenance
- Technical issues
- Internet failure
- Cloud provider downtime
- Third-party service failure
- Payment gateway issues
- Meta/WhatsApp/Facebook/Instagram restrictions
- Security incidents
- Government action
- Force majeure events
GCO is not liable for service interruptions, campaign delays, message delivery failure, posting failure, loss of data, or business loss caused by such events.
21. Third-Party Services
GCO may integrate with third-party services including:
- Razorpay
- Meta
- WhatsApp Business
- Firebase
- AWS
- Azure
- AI model providers
- SMS providers
- Email providers
- Analytics tools
- Communication platforms
Use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, pricing, billing, restrictions, and approval processes.
GCO is not responsible for:
- Third-party downtime
- Third-party pricing changes
- Third-party account suspension
- Third-party policy enforcement
- Third-party approval or rejection
- Third-party billing
- Third-party data practices
- Third-party service discontinuation
Users must comply with all applicable third-party terms.
22. Reviews, Ratings, and Feedback
Customers may be allowed to submit reviews, ratings, complaints, or feedback about Vendors.
Users must not submit fake, abusive, defamatory, misleading, paid, manipulated, or unlawful reviews.
GCO may remove, moderate, or restrict reviews that violate these Terms or applicable law.
By submitting feedback to GCO, users grant GCO the right to use such feedback to improve, promote, and operate the Platform without compensation.
23. Account Suspension and Termination
GCO may suspend, restrict, or terminate any account if:
- The user violates these Terms
- The user violates applicable law
- The user misuses the Platform
- The user conducts fraudulent activity
- The Vendor refuses to honour valid offers
- The Vendor sends spam or unlawful campaigns
- Payment fails or chargeback occurs
- Required verification is not completed
- Third-party platform access is misused
- Continued access may harm GCO, users, Vendors, Customers, or third parties
Upon termination:
- Access to the Platform may be revoked
- Active offers may be removed
- Campaigns may be stopped
- Subscription benefits may end
- Promotional Credits may be forfeited
- Wallet/reward benefits may be forfeited
- GCO may retain records as required by law
Termination does not affect liabilities or obligations incurred before termination.
24. Account Deletion
Users may request account deletion through the app or by contacting GCO.
Upon deletion:
- Account access may be permanently removed
- Profile data may be deleted or anonymised according to GCO’s Privacy Policy
- Unused Promotional Credits may be forfeited
- Wallet balances, reward points, coupons, stamp cards, memberships, and unused benefits may be forfeited
- Transaction, invoice, fraud prevention, legal, tax, and compliance records may be retained where required
Account deletion does not automatically cancel obligations, unpaid dues, disputes, or liabilities already incurred.
25. Privacy and Data Protection
Use of GCO is also governed by GCO’s Privacy Policy.
By using GCO, users consent to the collection, use, storage, sharing, and processing of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Vendors using customer data through GCO must comply with applicable privacy, consent, communication, and data protection requirements.
Vendors must not misuse, sell, spam, unlawfully share, or exploit Customer data obtained through GCO.
26. Disclaimer of Warranties
GCO is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GCO disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of:
- Merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Accuracy
- Availability
- Security
- Error-free operation
- Business performance
- Campaign results
- Customer acquisition
- Sales growth
- Social media reach
- WhatsApp delivery
- AI content accuracy
GCO does not guarantee that Vendors will receive more customers, sales, revenue, engagement, followers, leads, or business growth.
27. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GCO shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages
- Loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, or data
- Vendor-Customer disputes
- Offer dishonouring by Vendors
- Product or service quality issues
- Campaign failure or low performance
- WhatsApp message delivery failure
- Meta account suspension or restriction
- Facebook or Instagram posting failure
- AI-generated content errors
- Misleading use of AI-generated images by Vendors
- Third-party service issues
- Unauthorised account access caused by user negligence
GCO’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to GCO in the three months immediately preceding the claim.
28. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GCO, its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, partners, service providers, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, penalties, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:
- Use or misuse of GCO
- Violation of these Terms
- Violation of applicable law
- Violation of third-party platform policies
- Vendor offers, campaigns, or content
- Customer complaints related to Vendor goods or services
- Misleading or inaccurate promotional content
- AI-generated content used by Vendor
- AI-generated images used by Vendor
- WhatsApp, SMS, email, or social media campaigns
- Unauthorised use of customer data
- Infringement of intellectual property or privacy rights
- Fraud, spam, or abusive activity
29. Force Majeure
GCO shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, or public health emergency
- War, terrorism, riots, civil unrest
- Government orders or regulatory restrictions
- Internet or telecom failure

30. Changes to Services and Pricing
GCO may modify, suspend, discontinue, or update any feature, service, plan, pricing, Promotional Credit rules, campaign tool, AI tool, or integration at any time.
Where required, GCO may provide notice through the app, website, dashboard, email, WhatsApp, or other communication channel.
Continued use after changes means acceptance of the updated terms, pricing, or service structure.
31. Changes to These Terms
GCO may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform with a revised “Last Updated” date. GCO may notify users of significant changes through email, in-app notification, dashboard notice, WhatsApp, or other reasonable means.
Continued use of GCO after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
32. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Subject to applicable law, all disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, Vendor services, Customer redemptions, subscriptions, payments, campaigns, Promotional Credits, or GCO services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
GCO encourages users to first attempt good-faith resolution by contacting GCO support before initiating legal proceedings.

By using GCO, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood these Terms
- You agree to be legally bound by these Terms
- You will comply with applicable laws and third-party platform policies
- If you are using GCO on behalf of a business, you have authority to bind that business
- You accept responsibility for your account, content, offers, campaigns, and activities on GCO
If you do not agree, you must stop using GCO immediately.
