These Chat Terms & Community Guidelines ("Guidelines") apply to every message sent on Go Crazy Offers ("GCO") — chats between customers and shops, product (catalog) questions, and messages and broadcasts shops send to their customers, in the GCO apps and on GCO websites. You are asked to accept them before you send your first message. They are part of the Customer Terms of Use and the Terms & Conditions for Vendors. Version: 18 October 2026.
1. Be respectful
Chat on GCO is for questions about shops, products, offers, orders, rewards and invoices. Treat the other person the way you would at the shop counter.
2. What is not allowed
- Abuse and hate: insults, swearing at someone, slurs, or attacks on anyone's religion, caste, community, gender, sexuality, disability, nationality or appearance.
- Harassment and threats: threats of violence, intimidation, stalking, repeated unwanted messages, or messaging someone who has asked you to stop.
- Sexual content: sexual messages, nudity or requests for intimate photos. Anything sexual involving a minor is reported to the police.
- Spam and scams: unrelated promotions, chain messages, fake offers, phishing links, or asking for OTPs, passwords, card or UPI PINs. GCO and genuine shops never ask for your OTP or PIN in chat.
- Illegal and harmful content: illegal goods or services, drugs, weapons, gambling, content that encourages self-harm or violence, or content that infringes someone else's rights.
- Impersonation and misuse of data: pretending to be GCO, another shop or another person, or collecting personal data you don't need.
3. How GCO keeps chat safe
- Automatic filter. Messages containing abusive, sexual or hateful words are not sent; you will be asked to edit them. Refused messages are logged so repeat offenders can be identified.
- Reports. You can report any message or person from the chat. GCO reviews reports within 24 hours and can see the reported message and the surrounding conversation.
- Actions. Depending on what happened, GCO may remove a message, post a warning in the chat, suspend chat for a set time or permanently, suspend or close the account, and, where the law requires, report it to the authorities.
4. Report and block
- Report: long-press a message (or open the chat menu) and choose Report, pick a reason and, if you like, add details. You can also report the shop or customer as a whole. The other person is not told who reported them.
- Block: from the chat menu choose Block. A blocked shop cannot message you in any chat or send you its messages and broadcasts; a customer blocked by a shop cannot message that shop. You can unblock at any time from the chat or from your blocked list.
- Mute: customers can also mute a shop to stop notifications without blocking it.
5. Deleting messages
You can delete a message you sent for everyone. The chat then shows "This message was deleted" and its text, photo or video is erased from GCO's servers. If the message was already reported, GCO keeps a copy with the report so it can be reviewed. When you delete your GCO account, your chats are deleted as described on the Account & Data Deletion page.
6. Extra rules for shops and their staff
- Every owner and staff member who replies to customers accepts these Guidelines personally. Each staff member is responsible for their own messages, and the owner for the shop's.
- Message only customers who have a relationship with your shop, stop when asked, and never use chat for spam.
- Use customer details only to serve that customer, as set out in the Vendor Terms and Privacy Policy.
- A chat suspension of the shop owner also stops the shop's staff from sending messages.
7. Privacy
Your messages are seen by the other side of the chat (for a shop, its owner and staff). GCO does not read chats routinely, but it does review chats that are reported and processes messages automatically to filter banned words. Details are in the Customer Privacy Policy and the Vendor Privacy Policy.
8. Appeals and contact
If you think a message was refused, removed or a suspension was a mistake, write to support@gocrazyoffers.com with your registered mobile number and we will review it. If you are in immediate danger, contact the police (112) first.
9. Changes
We may update these Guidelines. When the changes matter, the apps will ask you to read and accept them again before your next message.
