Is WhatsApp marketing allowed?
Yes, through approved WhatsApp Business templates sent to customers who have a relationship with your shop. GCO uses Meta's official WhatsApp Business platform.
Do I pay Meta separately?
Broadcasts sent through GCO are charged in GCO credits. If you connect and send from your own WhatsApp Business account, Meta may also bill that account under its own pricing.
