Digital coupons, offers and scratch cards

GCO lets you publish offers and coupons that customers nearby discover in the Go Crazy Offers app. Customers claim a coupon and redeem it at your counter by QR or mobile number. You can also sell paid coupons, and reward customers with scratch-card vouchers. You pay credits only when a coupon is actually redeemed.

Offers vs coupons

An offer is a time-bound promotion shown on your shop listing (“20% off all week”). A coupon is a claimable, single-use code each customer redeems. Use offers to attract attention and coupons to measure exactly who came in.

Coupons, offers & scratch cards: common questions

When am I charged for a coupon?
Only when it is redeemed at your counter. Creating and publishing coupons is free.
What is the new-customer fee?
When a customer redeems a GCO coupon or voucher at your shop for the very first time, GCO charges 10 credits once — it's the cost of a customer GCO brought you. Walk-ins who only collect points or stamps are never charged this fee.
Can I sell coupons?
Yes. Paid coupons are approved and priced by GCO; customers pay online via Razorpay and redeem at your shop.
