⭐ Reward points & cashback

Reward points and cashback for every bill

With GCO reward points, customers earn points on every purchase at your shop and redeem them as a discount on a later visit. You decide how many points a bill earns and when points expire. Points can also be shared with linked partner shops, and referral bonuses reward customers who bring friends.

Point sharing between shops

GCO can link shops one-way, two-way or in groups so a customer's points from one shop can be spent at its partners. It works well for shops in the same market or complementary businesses (a salon and a spa, a café and a bakery). Vendors can see their links in the app.

Customer-side experience

  • Points by shop, history and expiry dates in the GCO app.
  • Push notification each time points are credited or redeemed.
  • WhatsApp fallback for customers who turned notifications off.
